The form below enable you to tell us at T4 what level of government Gateway account access you currently have and how you use it. This is extremely help information for us to assist you with Tax Returns and various other services.

The Gov Gateway can be important for growing variety of reasons. It was less important in the past for clients to have their own Gateway access but not changes going live mean that it is adviseable for all clients to have their own Gov Gateway access.

To access your Gov Gateway HMRC provide you with a user ID and password. You need both a user ID and password to access your Gov Gateway account. These days you also need an email or mobile phone, or landline, to receive the OTP (one time passwords) each time you access your account.

Also to activate most of the useful features in Gov Gateways you will need to prove your ID using a UK passport or UK Photo Driving licence plus another item such as a recent tax payment and date, or figures from a recent P60 or payslip. We can usually help if you are stuck with these questions.
